SHIPBUILDING conglomerate China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) ended 2022 with the delivery of 209 ships, the equivalent of 14 million dead weight tonnes – a third of which were dual fuelled, reports Rotterdam’s Offshore Energy.
