Chinese liquefied gas carrier operator Tianjin Southwest Maritime has exercised the option to retrofit the main engines on board another two liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) vessels to dual-fuel operations at Cosco Shipping Heavy Industry (Guangdong).
Last October, the operator reached a contract with MAN Energy Solutions’ after-sales division, MAN PrimeServ, for the dual-fuel conversions of its Gas Gemini and Gas Aquarius vessels.
