According to Bloomberg, an oil tanker loaded with Russia’s crude has reportedly been idling off the Ghana coast for over two weeks on arriving.
The tanker reportedly christened that Theseus reached the territorial waters of Ghana on 24 February this year and was expected to be discharged into the storage tanks at the Tema oil refinery (TOR).
