16 Migrants Detained After A Cargo Vessel Jump In Puerto Rico

Federal authorities have been investigating a group of about 16 migrants who were stowaways on a cargo vessel headed toward Puerto Rico and jumped into the ocean as it came close to the US territory on Tuesday.

The incident took place in San Juan Bay and was recorded by onlookers as all, but two migrants were hurled into the water and were rescued by the US Coast Guard.
