Per reports, Russia’s only aircraft carrier that underwent many repair and maintenance delays could become operational by the end of next year, Russia’s TASS, the state news agency, stated on Tuesday.
The vessel Admiral Kuznetsov was launched in 1985 and was due to undergo a refit and become operational again in 2023. However, things did not go as planned.
