Hong Kong-based Hutchison Ports has signed a concession agreement to manage and operate King Salman Energy Park’ (SPARK)’s dry port and bonded logistics zone in Saudi Arabia. The concession has been formally awarded to a newly established joint venture, Energy City Logistics Company (ECLC), formed between SPARK and Colour Path Holdings Limited, a Hutchison Ports subsidiary.
