MODEC, Inc. (MODEC) has reported the successful commencement of First Oil production from the FPSO Anita Garibaldi MV33 on August 16th, 2023. The FPSO is now operational at the Marlim field in the Campos Basin, located offshore Brazil. Under a 25-year time charter agreement, the FPSO is leased to Petrobras, the renowned Brazilian oil company. This charter stands as one of MODEC’s lengthiest agreements to date.
