TOKYO-Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto) today announced that its wholly owned group company MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd. (MOLCT; CEO: Akira Sasa; Headquarters: Singapore) has reached an agreement in principle with Fairfield-Maxwell Ltd. (CEO: Anthony J.
