The tireless attempt of a fish trawler to free up a luxury cruise vessel that reportedly went aground two days back in a remote area of Greenland has been futile, leaving the ship and the 206 individuals on the vessel still stranded, Denmark’s armed forces mentioned on Wednesday.
Since Monday, the Ocean Explorer has been stuck in the Alpefjord National Park, about 1,400 km northeast of the capital of Greenland, Nuuk, Denmark’s military’s Joint Arctic Command (abbreviated JAC) said.
