INDIA’s SpiceJet continues to have insolvency proceedings brought against it dismissed, reports Switzerland’s ch-aviation. Most recently, India’s bankruptcy court, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), was told that cases filed by Wilmington Trust SP Services (Dublin) and Celestial Aviation Services Ltd were in valid.
