Product tanker VICTORIA ran aground some 2 cables off southwest Sakhalin coast near Lopatino Cape, Japan sea, in the morning Nov 10, while sailing in southern direction along the coast. Tanker has some 700 tons of fuel on board, no leak reported, 10 crew remain on board, salvage tug already responds and as 0100 UTC Nov 10 she already left base port Korsakov.
