ASSOCIATED British Ports (ABP) and Taiwan International Ports Corporation (TIPC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Kaohsiung Port Cruise Terminal to facilitate the exchange of information and experiences relating to floating offshore wind (FLOW).
