Following an auction process, Impala Terminals Group, a multinational infrastructure and logistics firm, has agreed to buy HES Hartel Tank Terminal at the port of Rotterdam.
Impala will provide an additional investment of around €90-100 million over the next two years to complete the terminal’s construction, while the transaction is expected to be completed in the next days.
