CHINA has declared its opposition to European Union sanctions against three Chinese firms, thwarting their efforts to assist the Russian war effort, reports Bloomberg. New proposal would ban European firms from trading with the entities as part of the bloc’s efforts to crack down on Russia accessing sanctioned goods through companies in third countries.
