Russia Appoints New Navy Chief Following Black Sea Setback

Russia appoints a new Navy chief following the Black Sea Fleet’s defeat by Ukraine. The new leader of Russia’s Navy was publicly introduced in his new capacity for the first time on Tuesday at a ceremony, according to RIA, confirming Adm. Alexander Moiseev’s appointment as the Navy’s acting head.
