There are reports that bulk carrier Vela Star (IMO 9402938) ran aground whilst navigating the Rio de la Plata on April 17th . Assistance to refloat the vessel was provided by a tug, according to the reports. As of Thursday the vessel was at anchor off La Plata, Argentina, presumably for inspection....
