Diana Shipping Inc. (NYSE: DSX), a global shipping company specializing in the ownership and bareboat charter-in of dry bulk vessels, announced that a wholly-owned subsidiary has entered into a time charter contract with Cargill International S.A., Geneva, for its Ice Class Panamax dry bulk vessel, the m/v Atalandi.
