Qatar Navigation (Milaha) has signed a long-term charter agreement with the Asian Spirit Steamship Company (ASSC). This agreement represents a significant step toward Milaha establishing a modern and sustainable fleet of feeder container ships, through the acquisition of two 1200 TEU capacity vessels.
Under the terms of the agreement, Milaha will deploy these two ships, Spirit of Kolkata and Spirit of Chennai, on its Arabian Gulf and Indian Subcontinent services.
