The Egina FPSO is operated by TotalEnergies and is the biggest FPSO in the world, in terms of oil storage capacity which is around 2.3 million barrels and a production capacity of 200,000 barrels of oil per day.
This structure is installed 130 km off Nigeria in the Egina Oil Field, discovered in 2003 and situated within the Oil Mining Lease Block 130. It spans 500 square miles and is estimated to have recoverable reserves of 550 million barrels of oil.
