Tη συγχώνευσή της με τη Euronav NV ανακοίνωσε νωρίτερα η Frontline Ltd. Oι δύο εταιρείες υπέγραψαν term sheet το οποίο εγκρίθηκε ομόφωνα από τα ΔΣ για την ενοποίησή τους μέσω ανταλλαγής μετοχών. Με βάση τη συμφωνία κάθε μέτοχος της Euronav θα λάβει 1,45 μετοχές της Frontline. Στην ενοποιημένη εταιρεία οι μέτοχοι της Euronav θα κατέχουν μερίδιο 59% ενώ αυτοί της Frontline μερίδιο 41%. Παράλληλα η Euronav θα διανείμει μέρισμα στους μετόχους της πριν τη συγχώνευση.
