Adani Ports reverses plan to levy extra charges on Mundra box train operations

In a significant trade development that presents some cost relief for Indian hinterland shippers amid high freight rates, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) has eventually agreed to recall its notices seeking to levy extra user fees on container trains operating to/from Mundra Port, according to industry sources.

Adani Ports, Gadot to operate Israel’s largest port through 2024

Indian major port operator Adani Group and the Israeli logistics firm Gadot have won the tender for the sale of the Port of Haifa.

Adani Ports and Gadot won tender in a US$1.2 billion deal. The concession will last through 2024 with the Indian port operator securing a 70% stake and the Israeli logistics group holding the remaining 30%.

Adani Ports handles 6.2 million TEU during April-December period

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ), the largest transport utility in India, has announced its operational and financial results for the first nine months of the Fiscal Year 2022 (April 2021 – December 2021).
