Cristobal closes Port of New Orleans terminals

Port of New Orleans terminals were closed Monday after Tropical Storm Cristobal made landfall near Grand Isle, Louisiana, on Sunday evening.

The Alabama State Port Authority (ASPA) director and chief executive officer James K.
