ESPO: EU Consortia Regulation should be guidance for all consortia deals

The European Commission has been running a public consultation to prepare the evaluation of the Consortia Block Exemption, which expires on 25 April 2020. The evaluation seeks to determine whether the regulation should be prolonged and, if so, under which conditions.
