El grupo chino Swire adquiere el negocio de transporte de graneles de Hamburg Süd

La naviera Hamburg Süd ha anunciado este lunes que ha cerrado un acuerdo con The China Navigation Company (CNCo), una compañía integrada al grupo chino Swire, para la venta de su negocio de transporte marítimo de graneles, que incluye a sus filiales Rudolf A. Oetker (RAO), Furness Withy Chartering y la actividad de tráfico de graneles de la brasileña Aliança Navegacão (Aliabulk).
