Former Senate staffer Erik Raven was sworn in as the Navy’s number two civilian on Wednesday, the service announced.

In a Pentagon ceremony, Navy Secretary Carlos Del Toro swore Raven in to serve as the under secretary of the Navy, according to a service news release.

Biden earmarks $236M to complete Texas ship channel projects

More funding is on the way for several ship channel improvement projects in Texas, which aim to attract larger tanker and container vessels to the Texas Gulf Coast.

White House unveils freight data exchange to bolster supply chains
