Port and shipping projects in the Queensland budget

A variety of port and one shipping project have been mentioned in the recently released Queensland budget papers. 

The projects largely appear to be a repeat of previously announced projects but, overall, they do add up to a significant expenditure.

SEAFARERS’ UNION RMT today condemned efforts by Global Offshore Services to sail the detained Ben Nevis offshore supply ship from Aberdeen, despite Maritime Labour Convention offences against the crew being unresolved.
