More container ships score ‘astronomical’ $100,000/day rates

Mαρινάκης: Αυξημένα κέρδη κατά 63% για την Capital Product Partners

Αυξημένα κέρδη κατά 63% σε  σύγκριση με το αντίστοιχο περσινό διάστημα παρουσίασε το α’ τρίμηνο του 2021   η εισηγμένη στην χρηματαγορά του ΝASDAQ, Capital Product Partners L.P. συμφερόντων Βαγγέλη Μαρινάκη.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα, τα κέρδη ανήλθαν στα  10,9 εκατομμύρια δολάρια από 6,7 εκ.  Ο τζίρος σημείωσε αύξηση 13% από τα 33,7 εκατομμύρια στα 38 ,1  εκ.

Το μέρισμα που δίνει στους μετόχους είναι 0,10 του δολαρίου ανά μετοχή.

Συγχωνεύονται οι εταιρείες δεξαμενόπλοιων International Seaways Inc. και Diamond S Shipping Inc.

Σε συμφωνία συγχώνευσης μέσω ανταλλαγής μετοχών προχώρησαν οι εισηγμένες στην αμερικανική χρηματαγορά ναυτιλιακές εταιρείες διαχείρισης δεξαμενόπλοιων, εκ των κορυφαίων του κλάδου.

Πρόκειται για την International Seaways Inc. και την Diamond S Shipping Inc. Τον Νοέμβριο του 2018 πραγματοποιήθηκε το spin-off του στόλου των crude και product tankers της Capital Product Partners του Ευάγγελου Μαρινάκη με την Diamond S Shipping Holdings.

Μαρινάκης: Αύξηση κερδών κατά 26% για την εισηγμένη Capital Product Partners

Αύξηση κερδών κατά 26% και τζίρου κατά 27% παρουσίασε το δ’ τρίμηνο του 2020 σε σύγκριση με το αντίστοιχο χρονικό διάστημα του 2019 η εισηγμένη στην αμερικανική χρηματαγορά του NASDAQ, Capital Product Partners, συμφερόντων του Βαγγέλη Μαρινάκη.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα τα έσοδα ανήλθαν στα 35,1 εκ. δολάρια έναντι 27,7 εκατομμυρίων. Τα καθαρά κέρδη είναι 7,3 εκατ. έναντι 5,8 το δ’ τρίμηνο του 2019 και τα καθαρά κέρδη ανά μετοχή στα 0,38 δολάρια έναντι 0,31 ποσοστό αύξησης 23%.
