Ξεκίνησε η μεταφορά των τριών νεότευκτων catamaran τύπου Aero Highspeed του Ομίλου ATTICA από τη Νορβηγία όπου ναυπηγήθηκαν στην Ελλάδα και τα οποία αναμένεται να καταπλεύσουν στον Πειραιά την ερχόμενη Δευτέρα 1η Αυγούστου.
Την μεταφορά τους με πλοίο ανέλαβε η πλέον εξειδικευμένη εταιρεία στη θαλάσσια εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα, η Golden Cargo η οποία ναύλωσε ειδικό heavy lift πλοίο. Τα δύο catamaran έχουν τοποθετηθεί στο κατάστρωμα ενώ το τρίτο είναι στο αμπάρι.

Stockholm, Sweden, based Green City Ferries (GCF) says it has secured the funding necessary to start production of its first two Beluga24 design emissions-free ferries and has announced the first two routes they will serve.
Able to carry up to 147 passengers and 28 bikes, the Beluga 24 is an all-electric carbon fiber catamaran using foil-assisted hull technology developed by Nic de Waal’s Teknicraft Design in New Zealand. Power is either by batteries or hydrogen fuel cells.

Resolute, one of two high-speed passenger catamaran ferries delivered by Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding, Duclos Corporation, to the Government of Bermuda, Ministry on Transport in 2002, has returned to service after a compete refit at the Somerset, Mass., shipyard.
