H.I.G. Capital makes strategic investment in Cleo

Cleo, which like other companies involved in business-to-business (B2B) technology, saw rapid growth in the past year as online commerce and communication accelerated, has received a strategic investment from an affiliate of alternative investment firm H.I.G. Capital.

Survey says: Poor integration tools costing logistics companies millions

Poor software integration is costing some companies $250,000 or more, according to preliminary findings of a new survey conducted by Dimensional Research and sponsored by Cleo.

The survey, full results of which will be published in Q1 of 2021, found that 34% of logistics companies are losing over $250,000, and 9% said technology integration problems are costing them over $1 million annually.
