Latest corporate climate progress: Plenty of work still remains

Climate Action 100+ released climate assessment results.

With the help of several think tanks and members, Climate Action 100+ — the largest investor-led initiative on climate change — released its first net-zero company benchmark this week.

Oil majors’ global selling spree could fetch US$27 billion

Oil and gas giants are looking to sell assets that could fetch a total of $27.5 billion, as they are actively shedding mature assets on a massive scale in a bid to finance higher-yielding investments elsewhere, with the added benefit of pleasing shareholders who are calling for stricter capital discipline, according to energy research firm Rystad Energy.

PSA Norway finds one non-conformity on Eldfisk Complex
