Armada passive air lubrication technology

Birkenhead, U.K., headquartered passive air lubrication system developer Armada Technologies reports that it has closed its seed funding round, raising a total of $3.2 million.

The seed funding round will see LNG carrier operator Cool Company Management Ltd. (CoolCo) part-fund Armada equipment that will be installed on its vessels.

CoolCo Secures Multi-Year Forward Time Charter Deal

Cool Company (CoolCo) has entered into a new time charter agreement for one of its TFDE vessels, says an article published on Offshore-energy.

Vessel’s current charter

The multi-year charter with an undisclosed energy major starts early next year, upon redelivery from the vessel’s current charter. It will add backlog through to 2027, CoolCo said.

Höegh LNG To Acquire 2013-Built 160,000 cu m Golar Seal

Norway’s Höegh LNG has entered into an agreement with Eastern Pacific Shipping-led LNG shipowner CoolCo to acquire the 2013-built 160,000 cu m Golar Seal for $184.3m, says an article published on Splash.

CoolCo Signs Another LNG Carrier Charter

LNG carrier operator CoolCo, formed by Idan Ofer’s Eastern Pacific Shipping and Tor Olav Troim’s Golar LNG, has signed another charter deal for one of its LNG carriers, reports LNG Prime.
