Mercedes-Benz places record SAF order from DB Schenker to reduce CO2 emissions

Mercedes-Benz has placed the largest single-volume order for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) from DB Schenker, marking a significant step in reducing its carbon footprint.

DB Schenker opens air cargo route between China and Germany

Deutsche Bahn’s Supervisory Board approves DB Schenker sale

The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bahn AG gave the green light to the sale of DB Schenker to the Danish transport and logistics company DSV at a meeting on 2 October.

At the same time, the federal government granted the approval required for the transaction under the Federal Budget Code (BHO).

Schenker sale to DSV approved

The supervisory board of Germany’s Deutsche Bahn AG (DB) on Wednesday approved the sale of forwarder Schenker to Danish logistics group DSV.

Schenker has been sold, but not to the U.S. private equity group vying for control of the German logistics provider.
