Singapore, China to promote maritime arbitration

The Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA) signed a Cooperation Agreement with the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), on 13 November, to promote maritime arbitration, as an effective solution of maritime disputes.
