StenaRoRo takes delivery of Guillaume de Normandie, its newest E-Flexer

Stena RoRo has taken delivery of the Guillaume de Normandie. On long term charter to France’s Brittany Ferries, it is the 12th in a series of 15 E-Flexer vessels ordered at Chinese shipyard CMI Jinling (Weihai), and the fifth ordered for charter to Brittany Ferries. In April 2025, it will enter service on the Portsmouth – Caen route, replacing the Normandie, which has sailed the route since 1992. This is the fifth of five E-Flexer vessels ordered for the Brittany Ferries fleet.

Stena RoRo E-Flexer starts its charter to Canada’s Marine Atlantic

China’s CMI Jinling, Weihai Shipyard yesterday delivered Ala’suinu, the E-Flexer RoPax ferry that Stena RoRo is chartering to Marine Atlantic, the Canadian federal corporation that provides freight and passenger services between the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia.

Stena RoRo orders E-Flexer for Corsica Linea

Stena RoRo has ordered what will be the first of its E-Flexer RoPax vessels to operate in the Mediterranean region. Set for delivery from Chinese shipbuilder CMI Jinling (Weihai) in the first quarter of 2026, it will operate for Corsica Linea between Marseille and Corsica.
