SEACOR Holdings sells U.S. harbor towing business

SEACOR Holdings Inc. says its Seabulk Towing Holdings Inc. subsidiary is to sell its U.S. harbor towing operations and assets. They are being bought by two fifth-generation family-owned companies: New Orleans headquartered E.N. Bisso & Son, Inc. and Houston headquartered Bay-Houston Towing Co.

Eastern Shipbuilding delivers new Z-drive tug to Bisso Offshore

Eastern Shipbuilding Group Inc., Panama City, Fla., has announced on June 11, 2020, the delivery of the second of two 80’x38’x13’2″ 5,100-hp Z-drive tugs, the A. Thomas Higgins for Bisso Offshore LLC, a division of E.N. Bisso & Son Inc., New Orleans.
