IRClass Academy, the training arm of Indian Register of Shipping (IRS), has recently conducted a one-day training programme on the Recruitment and Placement Services Licence (RPSL) and the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) exclusively for Zodiac Maritime Agencies (India). New training centre for Tomini in Mumbai
