New state-of-the-art Port Delaware is in the works

The State of Delaware is to get a new Port Delaware. The state is join the private operator of the Port of Wilmington, Enstructure, to build a new port terminal at a site in Edgemoor, Del. When the new state of the art facility at Edgemoor is operational, the newly created Port Delaware will have two terminals. Port Delaware North, the new Edgemoor facility, and Port Delaware South, the existing Port of Wilmington.

JAXPORT announces 30-year deal with Enstructure

The Board of Directors at JAXPORT has unanimously approved a 30-year agreement with Enstructure, a US marine terminal and logistics company, for the lease and development of 320,000 m² of waterfront property at JAXPORT’s Talleyrand Marine Terminal.

Enstructure acquires bulk terminal at Port Canaveral

Enstructure

Bulk terminal and logistics services company Enstructure has acquired Ambassador Services’ marine terminal operation at Florida’s Port Canaveral.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Enstructure said it will retain Brian Hubert as president and rename the terminal Ambassador Services International. Hubert will also become a partner in Enstructure.
