Envase Technologies has acquired Tailwind Transportation Software to grow its transportation management system (TMS) offering to the North American trucking sector.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Tailwind, based in Delta, British Columbia, offers TMS for freight forwarding, brokerage, intermodal and over-the-road trucking services.

Envase Technologies has expanded its transportation management system (TMS) offering in the intermodal container and drayage space by acquiring SecurSpace, an online marketplace that connects truckers with available parking and storage lots.
