“Fit for 55”

Aκτοπλοΐα: Στα 207 εκατ. ευρώ η επιβάρυνση της ακτοπλοΐας από τα μέτρα απανθρακοποίησης της ΕΕ (Fit for 55)

Σε αυξημένο κόστος λειτουργίας της εγχώριας ακτοπλοΐας κατά €207 εκατ. το 2026, (σε σύγκριση με σενάριο μη εφαρμογής των μέτρων), εάν δεν ληφθούν κατάλληλα μέτρα προσαρμογής, εκτιμάται ότι μπορεί να οδηγήσει η υλοποίηση των προτεινόμενων από την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή πολιτικών για το κλίμα (δέσμη μέτρων Fit for 55).

Όπως προκύπτει από μελέτη του ΙΟΒΕ, αυτή η επιβάρυνση μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε αύξηση των τιμών των εισιτηρίων κατά περίπου 30% και μείωση της ακτοπλοϊκής κίνησης κατά 28% το ίδιο έτος.

Δ.Ν.Ε: Τριγμοί στα ευρωπαϊκά λιμάνια από το Σύστημα Εμπορίας Δικαιωμάτων Εκπομπών της ΕE

Στο πλαίσιο του Νομοθετικού πακέτου «Fit for 55», η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή έχει εισηγηθεί τη συμπερίληψη των εκπομπών ρύπων εκ των θαλασσίων μεταφορών στο Ευρωπαϊκό Σύστημα Εμπορίας Εκπομπών, στοχεύουσα στη συμβολή της εμπορικής ναυτιλίας στη μείωση των ρύπων εντός της επικράτειας της Ευρωπαϊκής Ενώσεως.
