A rail extension project at the Port of Kalama, Wash., has been awarded a $26.3 million grant from the Federal Rail Administration (FRA) Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI) Program.

Federal Railroad Administration issues revised rule on track safety

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has issued a final rule that revises its standards for rail integrity and track safety, according to a Wednesday notice in the Federal Register.
