Cargill, Rainmaking partner for decarbonization program

HELCOM joins EMERGE project to reduce emissions

The Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission, also known as the Helsinki Commission (HELCOM) recently joined Europe’s EMERGE project, which aims to reduce shipping emissions around the European marine waters.

Brazil provides low sulphur bunkers and discharge of scrubber wash-water

Brazilian Proinde P&I Club informed about Brazil’s availability on low sulphur fuel, as Petrobras ensured its production is more than enough to supply domestic market.

Port of Rotterdam to participate in more wind farms

The port of Rotterdam reported that the coming decades will present a development in the number of wind farms in the North Sea, providing opportunities to the port and the companies on this segment.

Port of Helsinki applies for EU funding investment for sustainability projects

Port of Helsinki and its partners issued to the European Union three funding applications in relation to the port’s environmental future, aiming towards a better environment and sustainability.
