PIL names third 14,000 TEU LNG dual-fuel vessel

Pacific International Lines (PIL) has taken delivery of its third 14,000 TEU LNG dual-fuel container vessel, named Kota Ebony. The naming ceremony was held at Jiangnan Shipyard in Shanghai, with Giselle Kastrup, wife of PIL CEO Lars Kastrup, officiating the event.

ONE orders twelve 13,000 TEU methanol dual-fuel boxships

Ocean Network Express (ONE) has signed ship building contracts with Jiangnan Shipyard and Yangzijiang Shipbuilding for the construction of twelve 13,000 TEU methanol dual-fuel container vessels.

Each shipyard will build six vessels and are all scheduled to be delivered from 2027.

GTT Secures Tank Design Order for ‘Cutting-edge’ LNG Carriers

GTT announces that it has received an order from its partner Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd. for the tank design of two new Liquefied Natural Gas Carriers, on behalf of Shandong Marine Energy (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

GTT will design the tanks of these two vessels, which will each offer a capacity of 175,000 m3. The tanks will be fitted with the Mark III Flex membrane containment system developed by GTT.
