AD Ports Group and Oylz Terminals to develop petroleum storage facility at Khalifa Port

AD Ports Group, one of the leading facilitators of global trade, logistics, and industry, has signed a 50-year agreement with UAE-based Oylz Terminals to establish a world-class clean petroleum storage facility at Khalifa Port.

The project will be developed in two phases, featuring a state-of-the-art 600,000 cbm tank storage facility within the Khalifa Port Logistics Hub.

Konecranes expands its network to the Middle East

Abu Dhabi Terminals (ADT) in Abu Dhabi, UAE, has selected Konecranes to be the supplier of an Automated Stacking Crane (ASC) system for the second phase of the building of its container terminal in Khalifa Port: the Khalifa Port Container Terminal (KPCT).

This is an order for a total of 54 Automated Rail Mounted Gantry (ARMG) cranes. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose the value of the deal. The order will be booked in Q4 2018.
