Lineage Logistics acquires Canada’s VersaCold

Lineage Logistics LLC, a cold chain logistics real estate investment trust, said Wednesday that it has acquired Canadian cold chain warehouse and transport company VersaCold Logistics Services for an undisclosed sum.

Lineage completes acquisition of Dutch cold storage company

After striking a deal in June, cold storage warehouse operator Lineage Logistics LLC has announced it has completed the acquisition of Netherlands-based cold storage company Kloosterboer Group.
