Purchase agreements totaling $66.5 million for four of bankrupt Yellow Corp’s. less-than-truckload terminals were entered with a federal bankruptcy court in Delaware on Tuesday.

Warren, Michigan-based Central Transport is buying one owned and two leased terminals from Yellow for $54.5 million. The owned location is a 198-door terminal on 51.6 acres in Memphis, Tennessee. Two separate purchase agreements representing $192.5 million of Yellow Corp.’s real estate were blessed by a federal bankruptcy judge in Delaware on Wednesday.

Pitt Ohio adds Midwest carrier Sutton Transport to network

Less-than-truckload carrier Pitt Ohio has acquired Midwest carrier Sutton Transport, according to an internal document obtained by FreightWaves.

Wisconsin-based Sutton Transport has 13 terminals in Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin. The company’s fleet includes 384 power units and 455 drivers, according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
