Stonepeak to buy air cargo company ATSG for $3.1B

Private equity firm Stonepeak has agreed to buy Air Transport Services Group, a leading lessor of mid-size cargo jets that also provides flying and other services, for $3.1 billion and take the company private.

Blue Yonder to acquire One Network for $839M

Supply chain solutions provider Blue Yonder announced Friday it has signed an agreement to acquire One Network Enterprises and its AI platforms that provide end-to-end supply chain visibility, planning tools, order fulfillment and payment solutions to manage supplier and carrier resources.

Regional Rail acquires another North Carolina asset

Regional Rail has acquired the assets of Clinton Terminal Railroad in North Carolina.

The acquisition, announced this week, will expand Regional Rail’s presence in North Carolina. Regional Rail had acquired Carolina Coastal Railway in 2020.
