MOL powers ahead into the green fuel revolution

Firstly, at the bow of the vessel there are two hard-sails. These can reduce the vessel’s energy demand by about 5% each. Palo Alto, Calif., based AI specialist Bearing Inc., whose backers include Mitsui, has turned its attention to IMO’s Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) regulation. It has released a new AI-powered application designed to accurately predict CII scores for every vessel in the shipping industry.
