Αυξήθηκαν κατά 13% τα μεικτά ημερήσια έσοδα στα εμπορικά πλοία

Ανοδο της τάξης του 13%, στις 12.144 δολάρια την ημέρα, κατέγραψαν το 2018 τα μέσα μεικτά ημερήσια έσοδα στα εμπορικά πλοία, μετά την αύξηση κατά 14% και το 2017, σύμφωνα με τον δείκτη ClarkSea Index του ναυλομεσιτικού οίκου Clarksons. Ο δείκτης αυτός είναι θετικός σε σύγκριση με τον μέσο όρο της δεκαετίας, που βρίσκεται στα 11.751 δολάρια την ημέρα. Αυξάνεται ο στόλος της Golden Union του Θεόδωρου Βενιάμη

Άλλη μια επιτυχία για τη Golden Union, συμφερόντων του Θόδωρου Βενιάμη. Η ναυτιλιακή προχώρησε στην εξαγορά του, χωρητικότητας 93.500 dwt post-panamax Houyo, με το αντίτιμο να κυμαίνεται μεταξύ 14,1 εκατ. και 14,8 εκατ. δολαρίων.

Η επίτευξη και μόνο αυτής της τιμής για το πλοίο, το οποίο κατασκευάστηκε το 2007 στο ιαπωνικό ναυπηγείο Namura, αποτελεί επιτυχία. Κι αυτό γιατί, βάσει των στοιχείων της VesselsValue, η σημερινή αξία του post-panamax, διαμορφώνεται στα 15,2 εκατ. δολάρια.
