PCS Software acquires UltraShipTMS, expanding end-to-end supply chain capabilities

PCS Software has acquired UltraShipTMS, a cloud-based supply chain transportation management system (TMS) company.

Houston-based PCS said the acquisition allows it to expand on its “existing transportation logistics management and fleet management capabilities and expand its capabilities to create one integrated shipper and carrier platform.”
