Konecranes to convert four PD Ports’ RTGs to electric

PD Ports, owner and operator of Teesport, which is the fifth largest port in the UK, has contracted Konecranes to convert the primary power supply of four diesel-driven Rubber Tired Gantry Cranes (RTGs) to electric.

PD Ports expects to boost operational efficiency and reduce carbon emissions with this order, which was booked in August 2021.

PD Ports invests in drones to boost resilience across Teesport

Dover by-pass service links Spain to UK
